American Indians in Texas—Spanish Colonial Missions
AIT focuses on strengthening and expanding Native American cultural arts programming in San Antonio. It conducts educational events and performs in cultural community events.
Artpace contributes to San Antonio’s cultural life by providing an accessible facility with challenging exhibitions. Artpace offers an artist-in-residence program and free educational events for adults, children and artists.

Centro de Artes
Centro de Artes is a two-story exhibit space located in the heart of downtown San Antonio’s Zona Cultural, dedicated to telling the story of the Latino experience with a focus on South Texas through San Antonio and regional art, history and culture, and showcasing Latino artists and Latino-themed artworks.
Children’s Chorus of San Antonio
The chorus has five core ensembles and serves boys and girls ages 7 to 18. They run an outreach program in the Edgewood and Harlandale communities and offer community workshops and free concerts.
Children’s Fine Arts Series
The Children’s Fine Arts Series presents performing arts programs for young children, ages 3 to 10, and their families. Professional touring companies stage shows adapted from school-based literature.
In addition to producing a season of classic plays in San Antonio, the theatre designates special student performances with detailed study guides for teachers.
Conjunto Heritage Taller

The site of the 1968 World’s Fair, Hemisfair is being redeveloped into a spectacular public space at the heart of San Antonio, complete with plazas, courtyards, green space, art and cultural amenities, residences, and local businesses. The first phase, Yanaguana Garden, opened in October 2015.
