SAN ANTONIO (Jan. 13, 2015) – Thirty life-size sculptures from San Antonio’s sister city Monterrey, Mexico were celebrated Saturday, Jan. 10 in Travis Park. San Antonio Appoints Second Poet Laureate to Kick Off National Poetry Month

SAN ANTONIO, TX (March 26, 2014) – April is National Poetry Month and the City of San Antonio will soon appoint Laurie Ann Guerrero as the second poet laureate to represent the city. Guerrero succeeds inaugural poet laureate Carmen Tafolla whose two-year term ends March 31.
